通过对岗位任职人才核心能力问题产生的原因分析,阐述了岗位任职人才核心能力的概念,界定了包括专业技术能力、组织培养能力、思想素质能力、管理协调能力、自我扩展能力五项基本构成要素,最后提出了对岗位任职人才核心能力的培养应坚持从职业教育和成人教育的方向进行把握。
Through the analysis of the causes of the core competencies of the post-occupied talents, the concept of the core competencies of post-employed talents is described, and the five basic components including professional and technical capabilities, organizational training capabilities, ideological quality capabilities, management coordination capabilities, and self-expanding capabilities are defined. Finally, it is proposed that the training of core talents for post-occupation talents should adhere to the direction of vocational education and adult education.
