随着我国社会的发展,法制现代化也成为社会关注的热点。近代中国法制变革是由浅入深的过程,其中蕴含着中国传统封建帝制精神向近现代法制精神的转变。本文首先阐述了传统法制精神和近代法制精神,然后对近代中国法制精神的转变进行了分析,最后总结了传统法制精神近代转型的历史价值及启示。 With the development of our society, the modernization of the legal system has also become a hot topic of social concern. The legal system reform in modern China is a process from shallow to deep, which contains the transformation from the traditional Chinese feudalistic imperialism to the modern legal system. This article first elaborates the spirit of the traditional legal system and the modern legal system, and then analyzes the changes of the legal spirit in modern China. Finally, it summarizes the historical value and enlightenment of the transformation of the traditional legal system in modern times.
