目的 探讨血清肌钙蛋白I与抗心肌抗体在川崎病早期的诊断价值。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附试验法对 2 7例川崎病 (KD)患儿及其 2 0例正常对照者血清进行心脏肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)及抗心肌抗体 (AHA)的测定 ,并同时检测CK MB。结果 2 7例川崎病 (KD)患儿中 14例cTnI阳性 ,17例AHA阳性 ,2例CK MB阳性 ,对照组cTnI、AHA、CK MB全部阴性且AHA阳性组cTnI、CK MB值明显高于AHA阴性组。结论 川崎病早期cTnI、AHA敏感性高于CK MB ,且AHA阳性患者组心血管受累的可能性大 ,从而提示AHA、cTnI对早期诊断KD患儿心脏受累 ,及早给予保护措施 ,具有重要的指导意义
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum troponin I and anti-myocardial antibodies in the early stage of Kawasaki disease. Methods Serum cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and anti-myocardial antibody (AHA) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 27 children with KD and 20 normal controls, CK MB. Results Of the 27 children with KD, 14 were cTnI-positive, 17 were AHA-positive and 2 were CK-MB. The cTnI, AHA and CK MB were all negative in the control group and the cTnI and CK MB in the AHA-positive group were significantly higher than those in the control group AHA negative group. Conclusions The sensitivity of cTnI and AHA in early Kawasaki disease is higher than that of CK MB, and the possibility of cardiovascular involvement is high in AHA positive patients, suggesting that AHA and cTnI may be helpful for early diagnosis of cardiac involvement in KD children and early protection measures. significance
