创新驱动的供应链价值创造系统是企业获取竞争优势的新来源。开放式创新重塑了供应链的边界,导致供应链价值创造系统的变化。本文基于共创视角,将开放式创新纳入到供应链价值创造体系,构建基于期权支付的供应链价值创造模型,探究了供应链整体价值、企业联盟价值、消费者价值以及开放式创新主体价值的价值创造。为促使各价值创造主体能够持续、动态地进行合作,研究中还引入价值分配机制,运用Shapley值法讨论了价值的分配方案并给出数值算例,对于探索供应链价值创造具有重要理论意义。
Innovation-driven supply chain value creation system is a new source of business access to competitive advantage. Open innovation reshapes the boundaries of the supply chain, leading to changes in the supply chain value creation system. Based on the perspective of co-creation, the article brings open innovation into the supply chain value creation system, builds a supply chain value creation model based on the option payment, explores the supply chain overall value, the alliance value, the consumer value and the value of the open innovation main body Value Creation. In order to promote the continuous and dynamic cooperation among value creators, the study also introduced the value allocation mechanism, discussed the distribution of value using Shapley value method and gave a numerical example, which is of great theoretical significance for exploring supply chain value creation.
