以异丙醇铝为铝源,正磷酸为磷源,三乙胺作模板剂,采用水热反应合成了AlPO4-5分子筛。应用不同浓度氢溴酸对AlPO4-5分子筛进行化学剪裁,制备AlPO4-5-AlBr3催化剂。FESEM、XRD、N2吸附-脱附等表征结果表明,合成的AlPO4-5是规整的微孔六方棱柱,化学剪裁制备的担载型催化剂AlPO4-5-AlBr3依然保持规整的六方棱柱。催化氧化实验表明,质量分数30%双氧水作为氧化剂,在乙酸乙酯溶剂中,催化剂AlPO4-5-AlBr3对部分环酮具有较好的催化活性。
AlPO4-5 molecular sieve was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction using aluminum isopropoxide as aluminum source, orthophosphoric acid as phosphorus source and triethylamine as templating agent. AlPO4-5 molecular sieve was chemically tailored with different concentrations of hydrobromic acid to prepare AlPO4-5-AlBr3 catalyst. FESEM, XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption and other characterization results show that the synthesized AlPO4-5 is a regular microporous hexagonal prism, and the chemical tailored preparation supported catalyst AlPO4-5-AlBr3 still maintains a regular hexagonal prism. Catalytic oxidation experiments showed that the mass fraction of 30% hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, in the ethyl acetate solvent, the catalyst AlPO4-5-AlBr3 has good catalytic activity of some of the cyclic ketone.
