地肤子水提物500mg/kg使小鼠碳粒廓清速率明显降低,同时减少肝脏和脾脏对碳粒的摄取;地肤子100,500mg/kg能明显抑制腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞(CRBC)的吞噬作用,对PC诱导的迟发型超敏反应(PC-DTH)及绵羊红细胞诱导的迟发型超敏反应(SRBC-DTH)的诱导相及效应相均有一定的抑制趋势,但对二甲苯所致的炎症反应却无明显影响。表明地肤子水提物抑制单核巨噬系统的吞噬功能及迟发型超敏反应(DTH),其抑制DTH的作用机制可能与它对单核巨噬系统功能的抑制有关。
