本文通过液压缸活塞碰撞缸盖噪声机理的实验研究,揭示了碰撞噪声由两部分组成,一部分为加速度噪声,另一部分是自呜噪声,且给出了噪声大小和活塞与液压缸盖碰撞速度、碰撞力的大小成正比,与碰撞接触时间成反比,为设计计算液压缸缓冲装置提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the experimental study of the noise mechanism of cylinder head with cylinder head is carried out. It is found that the collision noise consists of two parts, one part is acceleration noise and the other part is self noise noise.
