《明清之际西方传教士汉籍丛刊(第一辑)》系国家十二五重点出版规划项目,全国古籍出版资助项目,第一辑全六册,是大陆学者首次对明清之际西方来华传教士的汉文文献进行系统整理。《丛刊》广泛收录自16世纪80年代罗明坚、利玛窦等人来华至19世纪初新教传入一百二十多年间,传教士译述编纂的各类汉文文献共三十种。本《丛刊》整理具有以下四个特点:第一,大量文献为首次整理。本辑中收录的文献,如《泰西人身说概》、《人身图说》、《天主圣教实录》等大多数均为首次整理。第二,部分文献如《譬学》、《齐家西学》等以前分藏各处,此次尽量搜集合璧,使之成为全帙。第三,少数文献以前整理过的,此次则搜罗多个版本进行汇校整理。第四,整理中对版本进行精心选择。很多 “The Western Missionaries Chinese Series (Series 1)” at the Ming and Qing Dynasties is a national key project of the 12th Five-Year Plan and published by the Chinese Academy of Ancient Books.
