调平机构铰点的布置对高空作业平台整机性能具有影响,目前仍采用试凑方法,缺乏指导铰点布置的一般性规律。本文将同构双缸串联调平机构的铰点布置概括为有约束非线性多目标数学规划问题,发现调平油缸运动始状态和终状态的前铰点位置与后铰点位置共线时油缸受力最小,同时调平误差也容易满足要求,从而揭示出同构双缸串联调平机构铰点的布置规律。
The arrangement of the leveling mechanism hinge has an impact on the performance of the whole working platform of the aerial work platform. At present, the trial and error method is still adopted, and the general rule of guiding the arrangement of the hinge point is lacking. This paper summarizes the hinge arrangement of isomorphic two-cylinder tandem leveling mechanism as a constrained non-linear multi-objective mathematical programming problem. It is found that when the front hinge position and the rear hinge position of the initial state and the final state of leveling cylinder are collinear, The least force, while leveling error can easily meet the requirements, thus revealing the isometric double cylinder series leveling mechanism hinge point layout.
