营销策划是打破现有思维定势,寻找新的思维框架;营销策划是改变现有的运行机制,实行新的动作模式;营销策划是打破旧有成规,追求独特创新。任何策划,都有目标指向,不同的思维观念,策划目标各不相同。都有其策略道路,不同的思维观念,会策划出不同的策略道路。营销策划效应是基于全局统筹意识下,整体看待具有时间和空间上的综合效应。总体目标的形成需要具体指标的落实完成才可实现。这些具体指标就是市场营销中的重点要素——营销策略。无论在需求层面、价值费用层面、便利性和沟通层面等任一环节都需紧密围绕市场,围绕顾客来把握和设计。
