随着课程改革地深入推进及《语文课程标准》的贯彻实施,自主、合作、探究的学习方式已普遍得到师生们的赞同。但如何使语文课堂教学效果最佳,还得采用更好的评价体系。《语文课标》明确指出:实施评价,应注意教师的评价、学生的自我评价与学生间互相评价相结合。在此,结合我听了许多教师的教研课,感触颇多,简要谈谈自己粗浅的认识。一、尊重个性,因人施评 With the deepening of curriculum reform and the implementation of the “Chinese Curriculum Standards,” autonomous, cooperative and exploratory learning styles have generally won the approval of teachers and students. However, how to make Chinese teaching the best in class, we must adopt a better evaluation system. “Chinese Curriculum Standard” clearly pointed out: the implementation of evaluation, teachers should pay attention to the evaluation of student self-evaluation and mutual evaluation of students combined. Here, I learned a lot of teachers teaching and research class, feel a lot, briefly talk about their superficial understanding. First, respect for individuality, comment on people
