本文用浮置式细胞内微电极技术研究了高钾和高钙离子浓度对隔离灌流的黄鳝心室肌细胞跨膜电位的影响,结果提示钾、钙对黄鳝心室肌细胞的静息电位、动作电位幅度和零期最大除极速度的影响有相互拮抗的作用,而对动作电位时程的影响则有明显的协同作用。
In this paper, floating intracellular microelectrode technique was used to study the effects of high potassium and high calcium concentration on the transmembrane potential of isolated eel-ventricular myocytes. The results suggested that resting potassium potential and action potential amplitude And the maximal depolarization speed of the zero phase have an antagonistic effect on each other, while the effect on the action potential duration has obvious synergistic effects.
