为了探讨白色念珠菌(白念)对口腔粘膜白斑(白斑)的致病性,提高检测白念的特异性和敏感性,本文运用PCR基因检测技术,对30例白斑和40例健康口腔粘膜对照组进行了检测。实验结果表明,PCR法检测的阳性率明显高于涂片和培养法,其阳性率为56.7%,而在健康人组则为5%(RR=24.9,P<0.001),具有非常显著性差异,进一步证明白念对白斑的致病作用。本法与传统的方法比较,具有敏感、快速、特异和高效等优点,在白念的早期诊断和研究中,实用价值很强,值得推广应用。
