英语是一门语言性很强的学科,能否学好英语,关键在于学生的主动学习和学生是否对其感兴趣。学生要学,才能学好。否则就是赶鸭子上架,事倍功半。教师教的累,学生学得苦,成为恶性循环。要让学生学得轻松,就要帮助学生找到学习的小窍门。比如英语的课前预学工作就是一大重点,这是吸引学生兴趣的导火线。学生在课前充分预学了,就知道了这一部分自己哪些是不清楚的,从而自己在听课时可以重点听,重点学。改变了以教师规划,教师见解,教师讲授为中心,以学生的学和发展为本,还学生学习主体者地位。教,应以促进学生的个体全面和谐发展为目标,根本任务是关注每一位学生的学习状态,每一位学生的发展。教的使命和价值在于造就学,成全学,教的中心该向学生的学转移,教师教应为学生的学服务。
