国内中型诊断X线机中量限保护装置日趋晶体管化,其典型线路多数是沿用电子管阴极耦合双稳电路的形式改成晶体管开关线路中射耦双稳线路。该电路具有明显的幅度鉴别特性,工作点在截止区和饱和区上跳跃进行,所以一般讲是个较理想的一次性过载保护线路。但此电路本身存在的“回差”现象使摄片仟伏调节不便。一九七五年十月,全国200mA X线机质量检查测试会议规定,摄影仟伏过载数值应控制在±1KVP以内,超过此值机器将指示过载,自动切断摄影线路。当仟伏由高端调向低端时,由过载状态进入正常状态所允许
