红细胞乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase,Achase)活力受胰岛素的影响和调节,而影响胰岛素生物学活性的因素是多方面的,如胰岛素浓度,有活性的膜胰岛素受体的数量,红细胞年龄等等。本文通过对95例正常人,30例Ⅱ型糖尿病人红细胞乙酰胆碱酯酶(R BC Achase)活力变化的检测,发现胰岛素对R B C Achase活力的影响与雌二醇,膜脂质成份之间存在一定程度的相关性,这一实验结果目前国内外文献未见报道。方法 30例Ⅱ型糖尿病人系福建中医学院附属第二人
The activity of erythrocyte acetylcholinesterase (Achase) is affected and regulated by insulin, and the factors that affect the biological activity of insulin are various, such as insulin concentration, number of active membrane insulin receptor, erythrocyte age and so on. In this study, we detected the changes of RBC Achase activity in 95 normal subjects and 30 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and found that the effect of insulin on Achase activity of RBC was related to the level of estradiol and membrane lipid components The relevance of this experimental results at home and abroad have not been reported in the literature.
