通过对施工企业三级(总部、区域、项目经理部)集中采购平台的建立,一可实现集约化经营,为项目提供服务支持;二可强化标准化管理,保障企业经营安全。为此,详细介绍了集中采购平台实施过程中产生的问题及相应的处理对策,为提高施工企业的管理水平提供参考。
Through the establishment of a centralized procurement platform for construction enterprises at three levels (headquarters, regional and project manager departments), one can realize intensive operations and provide service support for the projects; (2) Standardization management can be strengthened to ensure the safety of enterprises. For this reason, introduced in detail the problems arising in the implementation process of centralized procurement platform and the corresponding treatment measures, in order to provide reference for improving the management level of construction enterprises.
