企业标准作为企业标准化的基础和支撑,在从传统的管理方式向标准化、精细化管理转变过程中尤为重要。如何设计、编写出一套科学、完整、有效的企业标准,是企业标准化管理实施成败的关键。笔者认为,施工企业建设标准体系,可以从体系设计、标准文件编写和体系管理改进三个方面来考虑。
As the basis and support of enterprise standardization, enterprise standard is especially important in the process of transformation from the traditional management mode to standardization and meticulous management. How to design and write a set of scientific, complete and effective enterprise standards is the key to the success of enterprise standardized management. The author believes that the construction enterprise standard system of construction, system design, standard document preparation and system management to improve the three aspects to consider.
