利用有限元技术,对某钢厂70/20 t-16.5 m桥式起重机桥架金属结构开裂原因进行研究,计算了桥架车轮支承点高低差为零和车轮支承点高低差为13 mm 2种情况下裂点位置的最大应力,通过分析比较,发现该起重机车轮支承点高低差超标是导致桥架结构出现裂纹的主要原因。
Based on the finite element method, the cause of cracking of the metal structure of the 70/20 t-16.5 m overhead crane bridge in a steel mill was studied. The difference between the height difference of the bridge support points and the height difference of the wheel support points was 13 mm and 2 mm By analyzing and comparing, it is found that the height difference of the bearing point of the crane is the main cause of cracks in the bridge structure.
