沙棘是我国近年开发的野生果类食物新资源.果汁中维生素C含量在800mg%以上,并含有氨基酸、有机酸等多种活性物质,受到人们的重视。国内对沙棘有许多研究,但系统的毒理学试验未见报道,为此,我们按《食品安全性毒理学评价程序(试行)》,对沙棘原汁进行了毒理学实验研究.结果报告如下:
Seabuckthorn is a new resource of wild fruit food developed in recent years in our country.Vitamin Vitamin C is more than 800mg% in fruit juice and contains amino acids, organic acids and other active substances, attracting people’s attention. There are many researches on seabuckthorn in China, but no systematic toxicological tests have been reported yet. Therefore, we conducted toxicological experiments on the raw materials of seabuckthorn according to the “Food Safety Toxicology Evaluation Program (Trial)”, and the results are reported as follows:
