在介绍多变幅工程钻机结构和优点的基础上,结合回转液压系统介绍了负载敏感泵工作原理,通过使用AMESim软件对工程钻机负载敏感泵特性进行仿真研究,得出了负载敏感系统在回转液压系统中正常工作时的压力和流量特性,提高了对工程钻机负载敏感系统的认识,对液压系统的设计具有借鉴意义。
Based on the introduction of the structure and advantages of the multi-amplitude drilling rig, the working principle of the load-sensing pump is introduced in combination with the slewing hydraulic system. By using AMESim software to simulate the load-sensing pump characteristics of the drilling rig, The pressure and flow characteristics of the system during normal operation improve the understanding of the load-sensing system of the drilling rig, which has reference significance to the design of the hydraulic system.
