本文提出了用一只秒表就可以测定矿井提升系统变位质量的简便方法,并对几种常用的提升形式导出了计算公式。提升系统变位质量M根据动力学公式: F=F_c+M_a应包括提升系统运动部件及载荷,即驱动电机转子、绞车滚筒和变速机齿轮、天轮、提升钢丝绳、提升容器、货物。测定M时可将提升机在满载、减载两种不同提升荷载情况下,上提达到最大速度后切断电动机电源,测出滑行时间计算即可,具体方法如下:
