目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白和血脂检测在2型糖尿病的应用价值。方法用OLYPUSAU640全自动生化分析仪检测58例2型糖尿病患者和62例健康体检者血清hS-CRP、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C。结果2型糖尿病组患者血清hS-CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C匀比健康对照组高,差异有统计学意义(其中hS-CRP,P<0.01其他P<0.05);HDL-C低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)同时hS-CRP浓度与TG、LDL-C浓度呈正相关;hS-CRP浓度与HDL-C浓度呈负相关。结论hS-CRP在预测糖尿病并发心血管疾病中具有重要的临床意义;2型糖尿病患者伴有血脂紊乱,提示患动脉粥样硬化的危险性增大。
Objective To investigate the value of detecting high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and serum lipids in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The serum hS-CRP, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C of 58 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 62 healthy subjects were detected by OLYPUSAU640 automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The serum levels of hS-CRP, TC, TG and LDL-C in patients with type 2 diabetes were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (hS-CRP, P <0.01 other P < (P <0.05). At the same time, the concentration of hS-CRP was positively correlated with the concentration of TG and LDL-C. The concentration of hS-CRP was negatively correlated with the concentration of HDL-C. Conclusions hS-CRP plays an important clinical role in the prediction of diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular diseases. Type 2 diabetes patients with dyslipidemia suggest an increased risk of atherosclerosis.
