目的通过糖尿病肾病患者肾脏标本探讨肾小管上皮细胞-肌成纤维细胞转分化（EMT）在糖尿病肾病中的临床意义.方法：肾穿刺活检取糖尿病肾病患者肾脏组织,通过Westernblot检测E-cadherin及α-SMA 蛋白的表达,免疫组化观察E-cadherin及α-SMA 的表达特征,Realtime-PCR 检测ColIRNA 基因的表达,并常规查空腹血糖、血清肌酐及24h尿蛋白水平.结果：共入选61例患者,其中-期10例,二期11例,三期12例,四期15例,五期13例,正常对照组13例.随着分期增加患者肾组
