目的研究槲皮素对人软骨肉瘤细胞(SW1353)增殖的抑制作用。方法用体外细胞培养技术与显微镜观察50、100、200、400μmol/L浓度的槲皮素溶液作用于SW1353细胞,MTT法检测细胞生长抑制率。结果加药48 h后,随着槲皮素浓度的增高,对SW1353增殖的抑制作用增强,具有显著的浓度依赖性。结论槲皮素可促进人软骨肉瘤细胞凋亡,具有抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of quercetin on the proliferation of human chondrosarcoma cells (SW1353). Methods SW1353 cells were treated with 50, 100, 200 and 400μmol / L quercetin in vitro by cell culture technique and microscope. The cell growth inhibition rate was determined by MTT assay. Results After 48 h of dosing, with the increase of quercetin concentration, the inhibitory effect on the proliferation of SW1353 increased significantly in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion Quercetin can promote the apoptosis of human chondrosarcoma cells and has anti-tumor effect.
