目的:探讨补骨脂盐炙对肾阳虚、脾虚模型动物燥性的影响。方法:以主要脏器指数、血清cAMP/cGMP、TNF-α、Na~+-K`+-ATP酶含量为评价指标,观察不同剂量补骨脂生品和盐炙品对氢化可的松所致肾阳虚模型大鼠及大黄所致脾虚腹泻模型大鼠燥性的影响。结果:不同剂量补骨脂生品和盐炙品对肝指数、肾指数、胸腺指数、血清cAMP/cGMP、TNF-α、Na~+-K~+-ATP酶均有显著性影响(P<0.05);且补骨脂高剂量组盐炙前后功效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补骨脂盐炙后可缓和燥性,作用强度与剂量相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of psoralen salt Sunburn on animal desiccation of Kidney Yang Deficiency and Spleen Deficiency. Methods: The indexes of major organs, serum levels of cAMP / cGMP, TNF-α, Na + -K + -ATP were used as indexes to evaluate the effect of different dosage of Psoralea nuttallii and saltbaked goods on hydrocortisone Effect of Kidney - Yang Deficiency Model Rats and Rhubarb - Induced Dryness in Rats with Spleen Deficiency Diarrhea Model. Results: Different dosages of psoralea niloticus and saltbaked products had significant effects on liver index, kidney index, thymus index, serum cAMP / cGMP, TNF-αand Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase (P < 0.05). There was significant difference in the efficacy before and after saltburning in high dose of Psoralen (P <0.05). Conclusion: Psoralen salt can reduce the dryness and the intensity of action is dose-dependent.
