炼钢和浇铸过程中,经常发生各类事故(钢包钢水发生喷溅、渗漏;连铸漏包发生铸包、铸车、铸道事故),传统处理方法是用气割把处理,气割把氧量小,最长1.8米,距热源近,废钢必须通过水冷使其降至400℃以下才能靠近处理,操作人员需冒着高温近距离处理,延长处理事故的时间,有时还会发生烫伤事故,作业环境恶劣,劳动强度大,安装拆卸耗时长,甚至出现漏氧脱开的现象,给生产造成诸多不利。设计并制造一种氧气切割枪,能在出事故后迅速安全的处理废钢,恢复生产。
