建立了原子吸收分光光度法测定注射用美罗培南中的碳酸钠。以钠空心阴极灯为光源,采用空气-乙炔火焰原子化器,分析线330.3 nm。以氯化钠作对照品,结果氯化钠浓度为56~420μg/ml时线性关系良好,检测限为3.2μg/ml。碳酸钠的平均回收率为101.5%,RSD为2.6%。
The atomic absorption spectrophotometry was established for the determination of sodium carbonate in Meropenem for injection. Using sodium hollow cathode lamp as light source, air-acetylene flame atomizer was used to analyze the line 330.3 nm. Sodium chloride as a reference substance, the results of sodium chloride concentration of 56 ~ 420μg / ml linear relationship was good, the detection limit was 3.2μg / ml. The average recovery of sodium carbonate was 101.5% with a RSD of 2.6%.
