为防止大柳塔煤矿厚土层、薄基岩条件下工作面发生压架、重大水灾等事故,以大柳塔煤矿22614工作面为研究对象,通过对工作面顶板基岩厚度变化特征、覆盖层厚度变化特征的分析,以及厚土层、薄基岩开采支架-围岩力学模型的建立,综合确定工作面支架合理工作阻力为9 000 kN。矿压监测显示:来压显现强度和最大阻力大于额定阻力,但均在小于10%的正常范围。因此,确定的支架工作阻力是合理的,适合采场顶板的控制要求。
In order to prevent accidents such as pressure frame and heavy flood on working face under thick soil and thin bedrock conditions in Daliuta Coal Mine, 22614 working face of Daliuta Coal Mine was selected as research object. Through the analysis of the change of bedrock thickness, Analysis of variation features, and establishment of mechanical models of thick soil and thin bedrock mining support-surrounding rock, and comprehensively determined that the reasonable work resistance of work support is 9 000 kN. Rock pressure monitoring shows that the pressure show the strength and maximum resistance greater than the rated resistance, but are less than 10% of the normal range. Therefore, the determination of the work of the stent resistance is reasonable, suitable for stope roof control requirements.
