目的建立锦灯笼果实的HPLC指纹图谱,研究不同产地锦灯笼果实的质量差异。方法应用Agilent TC-18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.2%磷酸水(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相梯度洗脱,柱温:25℃,检测波长:220 nm,流速:1.0ml·min-1;采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统研究版(2004A)》软件进行相似度评价,并对23批药材进行聚类分析。结果该方法能够很好地分离不同产地锦灯笼果实的主要成分,不同产地锦灯笼果实指纹图谱相似度较高,建立了含有11个共有峰的锦灯笼果实指纹图谱。结论采用HPLC方法建立锦灯笼果实指纹图谱,方法重复性好,可用于锦灯笼果实的质量评价。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprinting of Jin lantern fruits and study the quality difference of Jin lantern fruit from different areas. Methods The mobile phase was eluted with 0.2% phosphoric acid (A) -acetonitrile (B) using Agilent TC-18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) column with a column temperature of 25 ° C and a detection wavelength of 220 nm. Flow rate: 1.0ml · min-1. Similarity evaluation was carried out by using the software of “Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2004A)”, and clustering analysis was conducted on 23 batches of medicinal materials. Results The method was able to separate the main components of the fruits of Jinyang lantern from different habitats. The similarity of the fingerprints of Jinhua lantern from different habitats was high. The fingerprinting of Jinyang lantern fruit with 11 common peaks was established. Conclusion The method of HPLC was used to establish the fruit fingerprinting of Prunus solani. The method has good reproducibility and can be used for the quality evaluation of Prunus persica.
