为了优化热再生沥青混合料配合比设计,利用了流变学试验原理和美国SHRP试验方法,从中引入车辙因子、疲劳因子、低温蠕变速率对4种新旧沥青掺配比例的再生沥青高温性能、疲劳性能和低温性能进行评价和分析,在兼顾高低温性能的情况下得到旧沥青、再生剂和新沥青的最佳掺配比例,进而得出热再生沥青混合料旧料掺量的最佳掺配比例;同时对旧料进行热再生沥青混合料配合比设计及其路用性能试验,与普通沥青混合料路用性能对比分析,证明热再生沥青混合料旧料掺量的最佳掺配比例设计方法的合理性。基于流变学原理对几种新旧沥青掺配比例的再生沥青进行对比分析,得到最佳再生沥青掺配比例,并用于指导热再生沥青混合料旧料掺量以及配合比设计。
