目的观察常压介质阻挡放电低温空气等离子体对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果及其杀菌机理。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和扫描电镜技术,对该等离子体空气消毒装置杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的效果及作用后菌体超微结构进行观察。结果该常压介质放电空气等离子体消毒装置以空气为载气,能够在电源电压150 V,电流0.5A,介质间距5 mm的条件下,放电作用1 min对聚四氟乙烯载体表面的金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率达到99.9%以上。扫描电镜观察发现,作用后的菌体破损,菌体内容物漏出。结论本研究常压介质阻挡放电空气等离子体装置能快速杀灭塑料表面金黄色葡萄球菌并使菌体破坏,证明杀菌效果的可靠性。
OBJECTIVE To observe the killing effect and sterilization mechanism of atmospheric plasma under low temperature air plasma on Staphylococcus aureus. Methods The quantitative bactericidal test and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to observe the effect of the air disinfection device on killing Staphylococcus aureus and the ultrastructure of the cells. Results The air plasma was disinfected with air as the carrier gas at atmospheric pressure and discharged at a power supply voltage of 150 V, a current of 0.5 A and a medium pitch of 5 mm for 1 min. The golden yellow color of the surface of the polytetrafluoroethylene carrier Staphylococcus kill rate reached 99.9%. Scanning electron microscopy showed that after the role of cell damage, cell content leakage. Conclusion The atmospheric plasma barrier discharge air plasma device can quickly kill Staphylococcus aureus on plastic surface and destroy bacteria, proving the reliability of bactericidal effect.
