微透析技术是一种新型的在体生物化学采样技术。高血压性脑出血后由于缺血、缺氧,局部脑组织内发生一系列的神经化学改变,使用微透析技术能及时、有效地监测这些物质的变化,可靠地反映继发性脑缺血、脑损伤,为高血压性脑出血的研究、治疗提供了新方法。本文对微透析技术的原理、方法及其在高血压性脑出血研究方面的应用状况进行综述。
