通过冻融、抗渗和腐蚀试验进行了环保型PVA纤维尾矿砂水泥基复合材料的试验研究。试验表明:材料抗冻融性能好,经65d250次-20~+20℃的冻融循环后,试件的整体性好,质量和弹性模量损失分别为15.4%和14.6%,可适用寒冷地区的工程需要;材料的抗渗性能较好,密实度高,渗透系数为1.749×10~(-4)m/h;具备优异的抗腐蚀能力,经6个月5%不同种类的盐溶液浸泡腐蚀后进行四点抗压和抗弯试验,各性能指标降低率为6%~10%。
Through the freeze-thaw, impermeability and corrosion tests of environmental-friendly PVA fiber tailing cement-based composite materials.
