Objective To analyze the preventive effect of dynamic changes of air quality in laminar flow operation room of 100-100 laminar flow operation rooms on the infection after artificial joint replacement. Methods 180 patients undergoing artificial joint replacement were randomly divided into A group and B group, 90 cases in each group. A group with 100 laminar flow operating room, B group with 10000 to 100000 laminar flow operating room. Through the detection of the number of the settled colonies in the static state and the postoperative infection rate, the change of the air quality in the operating room was analyzed to prevent the infection after artificial joint replacement. Results The number of static sedimentation in group A was (0.149 ± 0.281) and the number of dynamic sedimentation was (24.685 ± 12.628), which was lower than that in group B (0.661 ± 0.904) and (42.794 ± 18.560), respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative infection in group A was 3.33%, which was significantly lower than that in group B (27.78%, P <0.05). Conclusion The cleanliness of the air quality in the operating room is closely related to the infection after the joint replacement. Improving and improving the operating room environment is conducive to the prevention of postoperative infection.
