通过对升温过程中[0/90]、[0/90/±45]、[±45]等不同铺层方式碳布增强环氧树脂复合材料电阻变化规律的研究表明:在-50℃~160℃温度范围内,不同铺层方式复合材料的电阻均逐渐下降,复合材料电阻表现出负温度系数效应。其中,[0/90/±45]8复合材料电阻下降幅度最大,降幅为9.59%。在-50℃~-20℃、-20℃~130℃1、30℃~160℃等不同温度区间,随着温度升高,复合材料电阻下降速率不同。其中,在-20℃~130℃区间,复合材料电阻下降速率最大。
Through the research on the law of resistance change of epoxy resin composites with different layers of carbon cloth [0/90], [0/90 / ± 45], [± 45] during the heating process, ℃ temperature range, the resistance of the composite materials with different ply methods gradually decreased, the composite resistance showed a negative temperature coefficient effect. Among them, the [0/90 / ± 45] 8 composite material had the largest decrease in resistance, with a decrease of 9.59%. The rate of decline of composite resistance is different with the temperature rising in different temperature range of -50 ℃ ~ -20 ℃, -20 ℃ ~ 130 ℃ 1, 30 ℃ ~ 160 ℃. Among them, in the range of -20 ℃ ~ 130 ℃, the composite material has the highest rate of decline.
