目的:分析2型糖尿病患者社区健康教育的综合干预及效果。方法:选取2016年4月至2016年10月在广州市番禺区沙头街社区卫生服务中心治疗的192例糖尿病患者,对照组96例:对患者进行常规健康教育。观察组96例:对患者进行综合干预。结果:观察组患者的糖尿病认知情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的实验室检查结果均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区健康教育的综合干预应用于2型糖尿病患者,能有效的提高患者对其疾病的认知,并且纠正不良的生活习惯,提高患者的生活质量和心态,同时有利于社区医院工作的有效开展。
Objective: To analyze the comprehensive intervention and effect of community health education in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 192 diabetic patients treated in Sha Taujie Community Health Service Center, Panyu District, Guangzhou from April 2016 to October 2016 were selected, while 96 patients in the control group were given routine health education. Observation group of 96 patients: comprehensive intervention for patients. Results: The cognitive status of diabetic patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The observation group’s laboratory test results were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive intervention of community health education is applied to patients with type 2 diabetes, which can effectively improve patients ’cognition of their diseases and correct unhealthy living habits, improve patients’ quality of life and mentality, and at the same time it is beneficial to community hospital work Carry out.
