作为一部并未被真正重视的政治小说,张洁在《沉重的翅膀》中极为敏锐地把握了新时期之初政治变动与博弈的主体精神维度,尤其是工厂管理作为斗争核心的实践内涵,即从“政治挂帅”到“思想政治工作科学化”的转变过程。以此为叙事中心,小说创造性地呈现了理想主义精神在不同主体维度下的顺承与转化方式。一方面,张洁在公共空间构造了以“团体意识”顺承这种精神的观念尝试;另一方面,她在私人领域投射了以爱情美学转化这种精神的情感诉求。然而,张洁的叙事表达受制于被简化的时代观念与个人感觉,未能深入理解和反省社会主义经验的历史内涵,由此寄托的理想人性最终无处安顿,归于瓦解。
As a political novel that has not been seriously valued, Zhang Jie was extremely keenly aware of the main dimensions of political change and game in the beginning of the new era, especially the practical connotation of factory management as the core of the struggle. As a narrative center, the novel creatively presents the idealist spirit in different dimensions of the subject of succession and transformation. On the one hand, Zhang Jie tries to construct a conception of “group awareness” in the public space that conforms to this spirit; on the other hand, she projects the emotional appeal of transforming this spirit into the aesthetics of love in the private sphere. However, Zhang Jie’s narrative expression is subject to the simplified concept of the times and personal feelings, failing to understand and reflect on the historical connotation of socialist experience in depth. The ideal humanity thus placed ends up in disintegration.
