某石油公司曾使用三种有机内涂层来防止气井管道的腐蚀。在进行对比评价前,这三种来自三家供货商的涂层管道一直被认为性能相当,都应用于二氧化碳的气井中。涂层评价试验中采用了高压釜检测、摇臂试验、耐酸试验以及钢丝绳磨损试验。试验是在比较苛刻条件下(如高含水、高温、高压环境)进行的,目的是缩短试验时间,并且可以鉴别出哪种涂层性能更优。试验结果表明,三种涂层管的性能并非完全一致,每种涂层只有在特定的环境下才表现良好。
An oil company has used three organic undercoats to prevent gas well pipe corrosion. Before conducting a comparative evaluation, the three coated pipes from three suppliers were considered equivalent and were used in carbon dioxide gas wells. Coating evaluation test using autoclave testing, rocker test, acid resistance test and wire rope wear test. The test is carried out in harsh conditions (such as high water, high temperature, high pressure environment), the purpose is to shorten the test time, and can identify which coating performance is better. The test results show that the performance of the three coating tubes are not exactly the same, and each coating performs well only under certain conditions.
