目的:建立龙齿与龙骨X-射线衍射图谱,并对其进行品质评价及真伪鉴别。方法:用粉末X-射线衍射技术对样品进行分析,得到衍射图谱,并作聚类分析和相似度评价。结果:建立了以10个共有峰为特征指纹信息的龙齿与龙骨X-射线衍射图谱分析方法,并获得了一龙骨伪品图谱;样品中不同来源的龙齿相似度接近,表明其品质较均一,而不同来源的龙骨相似度相差较大,表明其品质差异显著。结论:X-射线衍射图谱分析方法可用于龙齿与龙骨的鉴别研究,并可快速检出龙骨伪品。
OBJECTIVE: To establish X-ray diffraction patterns of dragon teeth and keels and to evaluate the quality and authenticity of them. Methods: The samples were analyzed by powder X-ray diffraction and the diffraction patterns were obtained. The clustering analysis and similarity evaluation were also carried out. Results: The fingerprint analysis of dragon teeth and keel with 10 common peaks was established and a keel counterfeit map was obtained. The similarities of the teeth of different origins in the samples were similar Uniform, but the keel similarity of different sources is quite different, indicating that the quality of the keel is significantly different. Conclusion: X-ray diffraction pattern analysis method can be used to identify the dragon teeth and the keel, and can quickly detect the keel counterfeit.
