目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定喘敷灵巴布剂中芥子碱硫氰酸盐含量的方法。方法:采用Aichrom Bond-AQC_(18)(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾(18:82);检测波长为326nm;流速:1.0ml·min~(-1);柱温:25℃。结果:芥子碱硫氰酸盐在0.4~2.0μg之间具有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.55%,RSD=1.29%。结论:该方法简便可靠,具有很好的重复性和稳定性,可用于喘敷灵巴布剂中芥子碱硫氰酸盐含量的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of sinapine thiocyanate in chuanshalingbubu by RP-HPLC. METHODS: Aichrom Bond-AQC_(18) (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (18:82). The detection wavelength was 326 nm. Flow rate: 1.0 ml·min~(-1); column temperature: 25°C. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between 0.4-2.0 μg of sinapine thiocyanate with an average recovery of 98.55% and RSD = 1.29%. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, has good repeatability and stability, and can be used for the quality control of sulfochinate thiocyanate in Chuankailingbubu.
