为了分析结构形式和流动状态等因素对换热器传热效果的影响,以单根圆管换热器为研究对象验证了SolidWorks Flow Simulation软件进行仿真分析的可行性。基于该软件分析了流动形式和扁管厚度对扁管换热器传热性能的影响,并拟合了扁管沿程摩擦阻力系数计算公式。研究结果表明,数值模拟方法有效,扁管沿程摩擦阻力系数计算公式具有一定的参考价值。
In order to analyze the influence of structural form and flow state on the heat transfer effect of the heat exchanger, the feasibility of the SolidWorks Flow Simulation software simulation is verified with a single tube heat exchanger as the research object. Based on the software, the influence of the flow form and the thickness of the flat tube on the heat transfer performance of the flat tube heat exchanger was analyzed and the formula of the frictional drag coefficient of the flat tube was fitted. The results show that the numerical simulation method is effective and the calculation formula of the frictional resistance coefficient along the flat tube is of certain reference value.
