本文对北京市教委2004年认定的近半数中学英语市级骨干教师的科研状况进行了问卷调查,内容涉及对待科研的态度、影响做科研的最重要因素、对研究方法的掌握程度、参与课题情况、研究的范围、专业阅读情况、专业写作情况和已有的科研成果等。调查结果显示,骨干教师对科研的认识不容乐观,对科研方法的掌握欠佳,专业阅读和专业写作能力急需加强,研究论文质量有待提高。本文就如何改善骨干教师的科研状况,使其成为研究型教师,分别向骨干教师群体、所在学校和培训机构提出了建议。
This article conducted a questionnaire survey on the research status of nearly half of middle school English city-level key teachers identified by Beijing Municipal Board of Education in 2004, covering the attitude towards scientific research, the most important factor influencing scientific research, the mastery of research methods, , The scope of research, professional reading, professional writing and existing scientific research. The survey results show that the key teachers’ understanding of scientific research is not optimistic, their mastery of scientific research methods is poor, their professional reading ability and professional writing ability urgently need to be strengthened, and the quality of their research papers needs to be improved.
