农村小学全科教师培养模式以成为时代所趋,农村小学全科教师培养的路径应从职前和职后两方面入手,注重教师综合知识和全面素质的培养,需要政府、高校和农村小学的三方参与。
The training mode of rural primary school general teachers should become the trend of the times. The path of cultivating teachers in rural primary schools should start from two aspects: pre-service and post-office, focusing on teachers’ comprehensive knowledge and overall quality training.
