企业人力资源管理对于企业的可持续发展和经济效益的提升有着重要的影响,是企业管理过程当中不可忽视的重要因素。由于相关的工作人员不能够科学地从雇佣关系出发对人力资源管理进行调整,从而使得人力资源管理难以取得相对较好的发展成效。本文首先分析了企业雇佣关系的主要类型,然后进一步的分析了在企业雇佣关系的前提下全面加强人力资源管理的有效措施。
Enterprise human resource management has an important impact on the sustainable development of enterprises and the promotion of economic benefits, and is an important factor that can not be ignored in the process of enterprise management. Due to the fact that relevant staff members can not adjust human resources management scientifically from the employment relationship, it is difficult to achieve relatively good development results in human resources management. This article first analyzes the main types of employment relationship and then further analyzes the effective measures to comprehensively strengthen human resources management under the premise of employment relationship.
