对传热问题进行数值模拟时,可以采用不同的网格尺寸,但采用不同的网格尺寸直接影响达到稳态计算所需的时间以及稳态结果的精确性.进行了模拟稳态过程的传热数值计算,分析了计算网格尺寸的不同对模拟稳态计算的结果及模拟计算时间的影响,进行采用小网格尺寸模拟计算,计算时间长,计算结果总不能达到计算精度要求.提出了采用组合网格划分的计算新方法,此法与单一采用小网格尺寸模拟计算相比,计算时间可以减少80%,计算结果的准确程度可以提高20%.
In the numerical simulation of heat transfer problems, different grid sizes can be used, but different grid sizes directly affect the time required to reach the steady-state calculation and the accuracy of the steady-state results. The simulation of the steady-state process is performed. The thermal numerical calculations analyze the effects of the different calculation grid sizes on the results of simulated steady-state calculations and the simulation calculation time. The simulation calculations using small grid sizes take a long time and the calculation results cannot always meet the calculation accuracy requirements. A new calculation method using combined mesh division is used. This method can reduce the calculation time by 80% and the accuracy of the calculation result can be increased by 20% compared with the simulation calculation using a single small mesh size.
