目的:应用气相色谱-质谱技术建立一种快速检测人参叶中74种农药残留的分析方法。方法:样品用乙腈提取,经QuEChERS试剂盒净化后,利用气相色谱-质谱在分时段多反应监测模式下进行定性分析,采用内标法定量。结果:农药对照品在0.05~0.4mg·kg~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,回收率在84%~112%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)<15%(n=6)。结论:该方法快速且具有良好的准确度和灵敏度,适用于人参叶中多种农药残留的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for rapid determination of 74 pesticide residues in leaves of Ginseng by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods: The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified by QuEChERS kit. Qualitative analysis was carried out by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) in the multi-reaction monitoring mode with time-division method and quantified by internal standard method. Results: The calibration curve of pesticide was linear within the range of 0.05-0.4 mg · kg -1 with the recovery of 84% -112% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) <15% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is rapid and has a good accuracy and sensitivity, suitable for the determination of a variety of pesticide residues in leaves of ginseng.
