目的:探讨增龄对大鼠阴茎组织中内源性一氧化碳(CO)与环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量的变化。方法:8、16、24个月大鼠各8只,分别注射阿朴吗啡(APO)进行大鼠阴茎勃起功能实验;麻醉后取阴茎海绵体,用改良双波长分光光度法测量其CO浓度,并测量其cAPM、cGMP含量。结果:随月龄增加,CO含量降低,各月龄组间差异有显著性(P均<0.01);cGMP、cAMP含量均随月龄增加而逐渐下降,各月龄组间差异有显著性(P均<0.01)。结论:随月龄的增加,大鼠阴茎组织中CO、cAMP、cGMP含量下降,提示衰老对大鼠阴茎组织中CO、cAMP、cGMP含量影响显著。
Objective: To investigate the changes of endogenous carbon monoxide (CO), cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in the rat penis after aging. Methods: Eight rats at 8, 16 and 24 months were injected apomorphine (APO) respectively to induce erectile function in rats. The corpus cavernosum was taken after anesthesia, and the CO concentration was measured by modified double-wavelength spectrophotometry. And measure its cAPM, cGMP content. Results: With the increase of age, the content of CO decreased, and there was a significant difference among all age groups (P <0.01). The content of cGMP and cAMP decreased with the increase of age, and the difference was significant P <0.01). CONCLUSION: With the increase of age, the content of CO, cAMP and cGMP in the penile tissue of rats decreased, suggesting that aging had a significant effect on the content of CO, cAMP and cGMP in the penile tissues of rats.
