目的对八角莲(Dysosma versipellis)愈伤组织中木脂素类化学成分进行研究。方法以体积分数95%乙醇对八角莲愈伤组织进行提取,提取物经三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯萃取,采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱、制备薄层色谱等色谱技术进行分离,利用NMR、MS等光谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果从八角莲愈伤组织中共分离鉴定了9个木脂素类化合物,分别为4’-去甲基鬼臼毒酮(1),β-足叶草脂素(2),4’-去甲基异鬼臼苦酮(3),(+)-松脂酚(4),α-足叶草脂素(5),鬼臼毒素(6),NC 370(7),4’-去甲基鬼臼毒素(8),去氧鬼臼毒素(9)。结论除化合物6外,其他化合物均为首次从八角莲愈伤组织中分离得到,化合物3,4,7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of lignans in Callus of Dysosma versipellis. Methods The callus was extracted with volume fraction of 95% ethanol, the extract was extracted with chloroform and ethyl acetate and separated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography , Using NMR, MS and other spectroscopic methods for structural identification. Results Nine lignan compounds were isolated and identified from callus tissues of Panax gossypii. They were 4’-demethylpodophyllotoxin (1), β-footpadolin (2), 4’- (3), (+) - terpineol (4), α-footpadolin (5), podophyllotoxin (6), NC 370 (7), 4’- Podophyllotoxin (8), deoxypodophyllotoxin (9). Conclusion All compounds except compound 6 were isolated from callus of Panax gossypii for the first time. Compounds 3, 4 and 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
