为提高异质复杂产品零部件共享率,提出一种异质结构约简方法。首先获取系列产品的功能需求,构建功能-结构映射矩阵,识别相同功能的功能部件;对同功能部件进行结构相似度判别,确定结构相似度较低的异质结构。然后基于信息公理对异质结构进行约简,在满足一定的顾客满意度前提下,选取信息量最小的结构方案替代其它同功能其它结构,提高系列产品零部件的共享率。最后以履带起重机为实例,验证提出方法的有效性。
In order to improve the sharing rate of heterogeneous complex parts, a method of heterogeneous structure reduction is proposed. First of all, we obtain the functional requirements of a series of products, construct function-structure mapping matrices, identify the functional components with the same functions, and determine the structural similarity of the same functional components to determine the heterogeneous structure with a low structural similarity. Then, based on information axioms, the heterogeneous structure is reduced. Under the premise of satisfying certain customer satisfaction, the structure scheme with the least information amount is selected to replace other structures with the same function, and the sharing rate of components of the series products is improved. Finally, the crawler crane is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
